Beyond90 is a football performance pathway for ambitious young players aged 8–14.
We provide additional, purposeful coaching alongside grassroots, school and academy football — helping players develop technical quality, game understanding, movement skills, confidence and the habits that support long-term progress.
Development is not just more football.
Young players do not need endless sessions, early labels or pressure to “make it”. They need good coaching, appropriate challenge, regular encouragement and a clear sense of what they are working towards.
At Beyond90, every player is treated as an individual. We look beyond their current team, age and first impression to understand where they are now, what they need next and how we can help them improve.
Our approach balances ambition with perspective. We want players to enjoy football, take ownership of their development and build confidence through consistent effort.
1. A genuine pathway
From open-access Performance Development to the invitation-only High Performance Programme, players can access the level of detail and support appropriate to their readiness.
2. Small groups, meaningful coaching
Group sizes reduce as players progress through the pathway. This creates more room for repetitions, feedback, challenge and individual support.
3. Development beyond technical skills
Football performance is more than technique. We develop movement, awareness, decision-making, game understanding, attitude, confidence and age-appropriate athletic qualities.
4. Feedback families can understand
Testing, progress reports and coach reviews are used to make development clearer. We help players and parents understand where progress is being made and what to focus on next.
5. No shortcuts or false promises
We do not promise academy contracts, professional pathways or instant results. We provide quality coaching and a structured environment that gives players the best platform to improve over time.
